Geoffrey Davenport, Esq.

Geoffrey Davenport is a seasoned nonprofit executive and legal professional with over two decades of experience in business systems management, strategic planning, and nonprofit governance. Currently serving as the Director of Business Systems at the Union for Reform Judaism, Geoffrey leads a team responsible for building and maintaining complex data systems, including the successful migration of donor management platforms to Salesforce and integration with multiple other systems.

As the Principal of Geoffrey Davenport Solutions, he has provided expert consultation to nonprofits on governance, financial management, and data system design. His previous roles include Deputy Director and CFO at Community Connections for Youth, where he significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and impact, and COO at Make the Road New York, where he restructured administrative and financial systems following a major organizational merger. Geoffrey holds a J.D. and M.P.A. from New York University, and a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University. He is also an adjunct professor, board member, and advisor to various nonprofit organizations.
